1. ABOUT MULTIPLEIQ

MultipleIQ is an AI-powered deal intelligence platform designed to assist investment professionals in organizing, evaluating, and managing investment pipeline information. MultipleIQ is owned and operated by Heather A. Matjasic doing business as MultipleIQ.

2. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

IMPORTANT: MultipleIQ does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any form of professional advisory services. All AI-generated content — including deal scorecards, investment theses, due diligence reports, IC memos, return projections, risk assessments, and all other platform outputs — is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment or security. All investment decisions are made solely by the user and are the user's sole responsibility. MultipleIQ does not have a fiduciary relationship with any user or firm.

3. AI LIMITATIONS

Users acknowledge that AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, biases, or inaccuracies inherent to AI technology. AI-generated content should never be the sole basis for any investment decision. MultipleIQ makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are solely responsible for: all investment decisions made using or informed by MultipleIQ; independently verifying all AI-generated information before acting on it; ensuring their use of MultipleIQ complies with all applicable laws and regulations; maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIPLEIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, FINANCIAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM. MULTIPLEIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 90 DAYS.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MultipleIQ platform, methodology, scoring framework, workflow logic, and all associated intellectual property are proprietary to Heather A. Matjasic and MultipleIQ. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MultipleIQ methodology or framework without express written permission.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

MultipleIQ maintains strict data isolation between firms. Each firm's data is accessible only to authenticated users of that firm. MultipleIQ does not sell, share, or disclose client data to third parties. AI generation requests are processed through Anthropic's enterprise API, which does not use customer data for model training.

8. TERMINATION

MultipleIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user or firm that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or engages in any fraudulent or harmful activity.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

MultipleIQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
