1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

MultipleIQ collects information you provide directly, including firm name, user names, email addresses, deal information, financial data, and documents uploaded to the platform.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to provide and improve the MultipleIQ platform, generate AI-powered deal analysis, and send platform notifications and updates.

3. DATA ISOLATION AND SECURITY

Each firm's data is completely isolated from other firms using row-level security. Your deals, documents, and analytics are never visible to other firms. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS/HTTPS.

4. AI PROCESSING

Deal information submitted for AI analysis is processed through Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models. Your deal data is not stored by Anthropic beyond the processing of your request.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
